What is your cancellation policy? What happens if it rains?
We know that parties and camping during severe weather are not fun, so in cases of bad weather, we are happy to reschedule your reservation, free of charge. We do have a $100 cancellation fee for each tent + a 3.5% service fee deducted from your refund. Please give 24 hours notice if you plan on rescheduling or cancelling.
If you have an outdoor tent and the weather is rainy or cold, consider switching to one of our indoor bubble tents!
Special Events (ex: festivals) and holidays: Cancellation fee will result in half the amount of your stay.
Are pets and smoking allowed?
Yes, we do allow dogs! Please be careful of the rugs and bedding. If there is damage, the credit card on file can be charged to pay for repairs.
There is no smoking or vape allowed, our tents are smoke free and open flame free.
Can you deliver the OUTDOOR tentS to the campsite for us?
We can deliver the tent to your camping destination in the Nashville area and set it up for no additional charge. If you are planning a further delivery greater than a 30 mile radius of Nashville, we charge a $1.50/per mile from Nashville delivery fee and will be collected on the day of delivery. For all deliveries greater than 100 miles from Nashville, a two-night minimum will be required.
Can I take a TENT into Bonnaroo?
Good news we have air-conditioned tents available! They can be picked up and taken into Bonnaroo. We even have a special Bonnaroo package. You can set this tent up yourself, we do recommend at least two people for set up. We will provide a video and instruction book on how to set up the bell tent. Contact us for more details about Bonnaroo.
What about security deposits?
If there is damage, the credit card on file can be charged up to $500. If the tents is left in reasonable condition with no damage done, the entire security deposit will not be charged.
